It was only after 2 years when she finally got a clear diagnosis, namely aquagenic urticaria.

"I think I'm allergic to chemicals, so I replace soap, shampoo and conditioner. I saw on the internet and find people who are experiencing the same condition I called perusis, so I changed my diet, started minut drug fever, give soda to the tub bath even tried herbal remedies, but it does not work. I am happy to finally find the right diagnosis the doctor because I thought I was going crazy, "he explained.

When an allergic reaction to relapse, the symptoms will continue and get worse, starting with the neck and skin itching.

Lindsey McManus, an allergist at Allergy UK, said the condition can be triggered by a number of different reasons, from the temperature of water to the chemicals in the water.

"However, not all forms of urticaria has an allergic component, it can be caused by physical reactions such as heat or exercise. This can usually be treated with anti-histamine," explains Lindsey McManus.
