Healthy Bones Could Prevent Obesity

News Health Articles - Healthy Bones Could Prevent Obesity. Is bone can make the fat? The answer is that it can. Bone health conditions can trigger obesity, but with a certain diet that risk can be prevented without sacrificing bone health.

It was delivered by Dr. Oz, a health practitioner who often hosts a television show in the United States.

Dr. Or Dr. Oz. Cengiz Mehmet Oz first appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2004, and then Larry King Live and other TV programs. In 2009, Dr. Oz finally has its own a television program that brings health tips and beauty entitled The Dr.. Oz Show.

In the latest episode, Dr. Oz talking about how bones can make fat by showing the inside of the human femur. He also explained that there are parts that are not hollow bones in the body. Hollow part is filled with red bone marrow where red blood cells are produced. Along with the bone marrow, there are deposits of fat inside the bone.

"Fat in bone release important chemicals called 'leptin'. There is a relationship between fat in the bone and held hunger when the body does not really hungry. Leptin is made by fat cells and released to tell the brain that the body does not need to eat more food because fat in the body is enough, "said Dr.. Oz.

Leptin works like a traffic signal system. When I was in a healthy body weight, leptin system gives green light to the body's signal that the time to eat. If people with healthy weight had just eaten, then leptin signaling system of red lights to tell the brain that the body has to eat and do not need food anymore.

When it began to be overweight, the body begins to store fat is not just in the abdomen, but in the bone as well. Fat deposits in the bones is a chaotic system. Excess fat in the bone sends confusing messages to the brain that block leptin signaling that it is difficult to decide if it's really hungry or not, such as the yellow lights illuminate some kind.

"It causes people gain weight because the body can not hear the signal," said Dr.. Oz as reported Emaxhealth.com, Tuesday (03/01/2012).

However, Dr. Oz also explained that this process can be reversed by simply reducing a few pounds of weight that would cause leptin signals the brain to respond appropriately.

"Reduce weight so the body can begin to hear the signal and will begin taking steps in the direction desired by itself," said Dr.. Oz.

To help people lose weight with fat bones, Dr. Oz offers what he calls "snacks for healthy bones skinny". This concoction consists of a mixture of dried figs, pumpkin seeds and cashews.

"This small group of foods provide calcium, magnesium, vitamin K 2 little like those found in fermented products. These materials will also help the bone due to the requirement of vitamin K 2 in interacting with these substances," advises Dr. Oz.
