News Health Articles - Wrong diagnosis, Newborn Mistaken Dead. Heart of a mother in China was so devastated when the doctor said the baby was born in a state already dead (stillborn). But apparently the doctor misdiagnosed, her baby was alive and had left because the thought was dead. One doctor even identify the sex of the baby.

This sad story happened to Liu Dongmei from Foshan, China. Liu was rushed to the Nanhai Red Cross Hospital with abdominal cramping conditions and internal bleeding, as reported by FoxNews, Friday (12/23/2011).



Although the new abortion age 8 months, Liu had to have the baby, but the doctor said that babies who are born lifeless (born dead or stillborn).

The baby was born with purple skin and did not cry or breathe. These conditions make the medical team 'get rid' by not following the standard guidelines.

But shortly after giving birth, Liu's brother-in-law asks to see how the baby's condition just birth. With very surprised, brother-in-law Liu found the baby was still breathing.

Even worse, doctors mistakenly identified the sex of the baby. Babies with birth-sex male, not female. This may slightly reduce the impact of the heartache the wrong diagnosis.

In China, boys are considered very valuable. Because of the policy to have only one child in China, baby boys most often more desirable than girls.

Fortunately, the baby is now in stable condition, but the hospital did not want to give an answer to a nearly fatal mistake of this.
