Activities undertaken stretch when I wake up usually by stretching the arms and legs until the body feel more refreshed. This can make a person feel better and help keep people awake, as quoted from Livestrong, Wednesday (12/07/2011).
In addition there are several other benefits that can be obtained if one stretch when I wake up is:
1. Makes muscles more flexible in dealing with various activities throughout the day
Once a person sleeping Dalma long time then when you wake up the muscles will feel more stiff and tense, as some people have a sleeping position all night.
After getting out unconsciously she will try to restore the flexibility of ototterutama muscles in your arms, legs and neck, thus making it easier and wake up more muscle ready to perform everyday tasks.
2. Make the joints more flexible
Stretching is done when you wake up helps improve range of motion of the joints and reduce stiffness caused by physical inactivity and being overweight. If the reduced joint flexibility can increase the chances of developing arthritis or lack of balance that resulted in injury.
3. Increases blood circulation
Stretching in the morning will automatically increase blood circulation. When you stretch then the blood will begin to move more quickly in circulation to the muscles that strengthens a person to get out of bed and moving as well as activities throughout the day.
4. Reduce stress
Sometimes people have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, especially if you know will experience a variety of pressures on that day. By stretching a few minutes in the morning can help to relieve tension and allow it to face the day more positive.
