- Check your shoes before being used, whether there are rocks or hard objects that could cause injury.

- Buy shoes in the afternoon
- Always use cotton socks
- Wash feet with mild soap and pat dry, do not let the foot dry by itself because it can lead to fungi.
- Nail clippers horizontally
- Control feet regularly to the health worker
- Use a moisturizing skin lotion regularly.
- Walking barefoot
- Wearing shoes that are narrow
- Wearing socks with narrow folds at the foot
- Leaving the skin becomes dry and scaly
- The use of chemicals or sharp objects to remove the fish eye

- Using shoes with high heel or the toe pointed forward.
"We manage alone could face more than 2 times a day, ngaca continue. Well manages legs must be too, every time a patient with diabetes should pay attention to his feet," concludes Dr. Yunir.
