Each tablet Diclofenac Potassium, intended for administration by mouth (orally) containing 50 mg of Diclofenac Potassium. Diclofenac potassium tablets are anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which showed anti-inflammatory activity, analgesic, and antipyretic.
The mechanism of action of Diclofenac Potassium tablets like those from other NSAIDs is not completely understood, but may be related to inhibition of prostaglandin synthetase.
1. Treatment for acute and chronic symptoms, including:
a. rheumatoid arthritis
c. ankylosing spondylitis
3. Lower back pain
4. Post-operative dental pain
100-150 mg daily in 2-3 divided doses.
2. Children with more than 14 years of age:
400-100 mg daily.
