1. Wake up this weekend though
Identical to the weekend lazing in bed. But sleeping late and lounging will only make you weak and not powered. Try to stay awake in the morning even on weekends. You can get up later in the day but should be no more than 2 hours.

2. Go for a walk
The best way to get rid of morning drowsiness is to get up early and go for a walk. After a morning walk, you will feel energized and refreshed throughout the day.

3. If you rarely exercise on weekdays, then do not do excessive exercise on the weekends
Most people are not getting enough exercise time on weekdays, so that he will exercise as much as possible on weekends. Though this condition can be dangerous and hurt himself. This condition is often called the weekend warrior syndrome.

People who impose themselves excessive exercise can lead to injuries such as shin splints or stress causes the muscles. This condition is clearly not the right way to exercise.

4. Doing outdoor sports
