Some scientists studying the beauty of the eyes of 5,000 women in all seasons and found that the bags under the eyes is significantly darker during the months of the season with cold air. This is caused by lack of sunlight that makes the skin more central and pressing the eye bags.

"Lack of vitamin D and K as one of the causes that create dark circles and puffy eyes, it is associated with fatigue and immune," said anti-agieng expert Dr. Mark Binette, as quoted from the Telegraph, Saturday (12/10/2011) .

Dr. Binette said if someone already has a condition like this it is difficult to be returned. Though dark circles under the eyes and wrinkles are the most feared effects of aging women.

"Lack of vitamin D and K also makes the eyes look older appearance, the results showed women look 4.7 years older, especially in women over the age of 40 years," says Dr. Binette.

Dark circles are one of the most common skin problems and is often caused by a leaky small capillaries under the skin surface. This blood will oxidize and make it dark. Thin skin under the eye allows fluid to accumulate and dark circles and puffy eyes appear.

In the summer, the circle of the eye more easily hidden because people experience less fatigue and have a higher serotonin levels when the skin is exposed to sunlight which can improve mood.
