1. Initial depression:
75 mg / day in 2-3 divided doses, the dose may be increased slowly if needed.
Max: 375 mg / day.

2. Social anxiety disorder anxiety and initial:
75 mg once daily, the dose may be increased slowly if needed.
Max: 225 mg / day.

3. Panic disorder:
37.5 mg once daily during the first 7 days, the dose may be increased slowly if needed.
Max: 225 mg / day.
