Often Running Sports Women Make Breast Pain

Sporting activities such as running or aerobics can cause repetitive bouncing movements, which can cause pain in the breast. The pain can last up to a day after a workout and can make the breasts become sensitive to touch.

A study conducted by Britain's University of Portsmouth in 2011 stipulates that a lot of breast tenderness after exercise experienced by women is the result of the speed of movement of bouncing during exercise, as reported by Livestrong, Wednesday (10/26/2011).

The movement can also cause pain in your upper back and neck because the weight of the breast while moving up and down during exercise. In the study, women reported feeling the most pain when trying to speed up and slow motion when running.

One of the most important ways to prevent breast pain after exercise is wearing a sports bra that helps retain and support the breasts while many moves.
