Each caplet contains:
1. Methampyrone 500 mg
2. Thiamine HCl 50 mg
3. Pyridoxine HCl 10 mg
4. Cyanocobalamin 10 mg
5. Caffeine 50 mg

Indication

1. headache
2. myalgia
3. arthralgia
4. neuralgia
5. lumbago
6. toothache
7. menstrual pain
8. Pain due to cancer, bile, renal colic
9. Pain after delivery
10. Postoperative pain

Dose

1. adult
1-2 caplets 3-4 times daily.

2. child
½ -1 tablet 3-4 times daily.
