The study, presented at the annual conference of the European Society of Human Genetics shows that babies born from IVF technology suffer from birth defects as much as 4 percent. Instead of a baby girl this trend is much more common in male babies.
The birth of all IVF clinics in the year 2003-2007 amounting to 15,162 children. Expressed by Dr. Geraldine Viot of Port Royal Hospital in Paris Maternite surveyed data from a third clinic in France are allowed to do IVF procedure formally.

"We found 4.24 percent of congenital abnormalities in children, this number more than previous studies by 2-3 percent. The increase is partly attributable to heart disease and abnormalities of the penis and is much more common in boys,"
Dr. Viot asserts that more research is needed to understand the relationship between embryo culture media, the use of ICSI in which sperm is injected directly into the egg, gamete and embryo freezing, embryo transfer time, the effects of ovarian stimulation. So the causes of some disorders that may vary.
Dr. Viot and colleagues intend to follow up the research by analyzing the questionnaire of 4000 children born in 2008 to determine the origin of parental infertility.
"We hope to understand more about not only what is wrong with IVF technology, but why not right to see all the children born.
