Yoga has become a way of life for Bernice, because more than half his age is more devoted to yoga. Bernice started practicing and teaching hatha yoga since around 1960. As a result, until now Bernice body becomes very flexible, healthy and fit.

"I think yoga is the best workout ever. I do not have any reason to go to the doctor, but only to carry out checks," said Bernice who has a weight 47.6 kg and height 157.5 cm.

According to Bernice, yoga involves all members of the body such as muscles, ligaments and other body organs, which can provide energy without exhausting the body.

"Yoga combines mind, body and soul in everything we do. Yoga provides flexibility and it makes you healthy because it works on the entire body, inside and out," explained the grandmother who also swim this hobby.

Bernice has taught yoga to children and adults. Now worth an hour a week to lead the class in Mainlands Retirement Community Center in Pinellas Park, Florida, where she lives. Most of the students aged 60's and 70's years.

With students who seek his guidance every week, the world's oldest yoga teacher, admits will continue to teach yoga.

"Why should I quit? As long as I can do and helpful to others, I'll do it as long as I can. I get the joy of seeing people learn yoga," he concluded.
