1. Have perfect Day

After a break and sit for 2 minutes, then check again. Subtract the second result with the first, if under 55 then the value is higher than normal HRR and should consult with a physician.
7. If you have diabetes, check your feet every day
People with diabetes are vulnerable to problems in the feet, for it check the feet regularly for any abrasions, blisters, cuts or bruises. This is to prevent further complications.
8. Conduct examinations for cardiovascular
This check is useful for preventing disease and heart attacks and strokes. Factors that need to be measured is the cholesterol, smoking status, blood glucose levels, ECG (electrocardiogram) and blood pressure.
9. Checking comb used
