Most diseases in the body associated with muscle contraction, blood vessel or nerve disorders, which are all related to the head. That is why most diseases cause symptoms of headache and dizziness.
Headache is defined as pain in the head is located above the eyes or ears, back of the head (occipital) or behind the upper neck. As with chest pain, headaches also have many causes.

In rare cases, headaches may signal a heart attack.
3. Cranial Neuralgias (nerve disorders)
