Do not chew gum if you want to diet

"Do not chew gum if you want to diet, because it can stimulate the stomach and produces saliva. Saliva produced during chewing will come down to the stomach and abdomen will think that there is food going to digest, thus making you feel hungry."

So, let's change our point of a view about chew gum for diet.
