8 mistakes made by beginners in the gym

Exercise can be done anywhere, but some people choose to do so at the gym. Even so sometimes there were mistakes made during exercise in the gym. What is it?
If a person is exercising excessively or do it the wrong way then he probably will not get benefits, but can actually injured.
Someone who has never or just start exercising at the gym without prior consultation is likely to make some mistakes that could hurt him. Here are some mistakes that could make the sport so it is not effective, as quoted from Lifemojo, Thursday (13/10/2011), namely:

1. Using the adjustment tool that is not true because the tools in the gym is not specifically designed for all people and has a specific function. If using a tool that does not correspond with the body and the needs it will injure themselves.
2. Stretch incorrectly as when to stretch and when not to. Stretching can prevent injury or muscle are interested, but too much stretching can also cause pain.
3. Doing the same routine in the same way can be a waste of time and only use a little muscle so that it becomes inefficient. Though there are certain stages of training in order to get maximum results.
4. Doing too much exercise and for a long time, usually performed on people who are too eager to lose weight so badna tried almost all the instruments on the first day. This condition is very prone to injury, because the body is unable to bear tremendous pressure as well.
5. Skip warming up and cooling, heating is useful to make the muscles flexible and reduce the risk of injury while the cooling function slows the heart rate gradually as if suddenly will cause trauma to the heart. Most people are too zeal to exercise so miss the warm-up and too tired to exercise so skip cooling.
6. Not getting enough drinking water, spending a lot of sweat during exercise so that the body needs sufficient water intake to stay hydrated, but the condition is sometimes forgotten when one is too eager for the sport. The water also serves to help proper muscle contraction.
7. Just doing cardio exercise alone, this sport can indeed help you lose weight quickly, but if you want to maintain ideal body weight to keep the muscles need to burn calories. If you want to have a high metabolism then it should have a rolling routine that consists of different types of exercises.
8. Too rush to repetition, especially when lifting weights, but can cause injury to muscles and increase blood pressure. Some exercises need to be inhaled and proper breathing techniques.
